Astrid held international HR leadership roles at AT&T in Europe and at their US headquarters, and at Monsanto. During 10 years, Astrid was the Chief HR officer of Belgacom. Before joining Ontex, she was Managing Director of Acerta Consult. Astrid holds degrees in Political & Social Sciences and History of Art.
