The Board of Directors has decided to publish an operational trading update for the first and third quarters of the financial year, starting with Q1 2015.  This trading update will provide revenue, split by Division, category and geography; adjusted EBITDA, and net debt, with related commentary.  This level of disclosure ensures visibility on the Group’s operational performance, and is in line with the approach adopted by many European peer companies and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Ontex will continue to publish full financial results for the half-year and full-year periods.

Management will host a conference call for investors and analysts on Monday, 11 May 2015 at 8:00 am BST / 9:00 am CEST. A one-week replay of the conference call will also be available.
