Disclosure made according to the requirements of Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007
Aalst-Erembodegem (Belgium), 11 July 2018 – Ontex Group NV (“Ontex”) discloses the notifications of significant shareholdings that it has received according to the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
Between 3 July 2018 and 6 July 2018, Ontex received the following Transparency Declaration Notifications:
1. On 3 July 2018, UBS Group AG notified Ontex that it had, as a result of the acquisition of financial instruments treated as voting securities, crossed above the threshold of 5.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex to 5.02% considering equivalent financial instruments only. 2. On 5 July 2018, UBS Group AG notified Ontex that it had, as a result of the disposal of financial instruments treated as voting securities, crossed below the threshold of 5.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex to 4.97% considering equivalent financial instruments only. 3. On 6 July 2018, UBS Group AG notified Ontex that it has, as a result of the acquisition of financial instruments treated as voting securities, crossed the threshold of 5.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex to 5.12%, considering equivalent financial instruments only. The tables below present the number of voting rights held by UBS Group AG as disclosed in the last notification dated 6 July 2018.
On 9 July 2018, Black Creek Investment Management Inc. notified Ontex that Black Creek Investment Management Inc had, as a result of sale of shares, crossed below the threshold of 5.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex.
According to its obligation Ontex publishes the content of the notifications that it has received.
