On September 11, 2025, Brandes Investment Partners, L.P., detained 8,251,487 Ontex voting securities, representing 10.02% of voting rights, and thereby crossed upward the threshold of 10%.

On August 19, 2025, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 82,718 Ontex voting rights and 2,559,752 equivalent financial instruments, representing 3.21% of voting rights combined.

On August 8, 2025, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 2,384,086 Ontex voting rights or equivalent financial instruments, representing 2.90% of voting rights, and thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3.0%.

On July 22, 2025, Brandes Investment Partners, L.P., detained 6,182,739 Ontex voting securities or voting rights, representing 7.51% of voting securities, and thereby crossed upward the threshold of 7.5%.

On June 30, 2025, Brandes investment partners, L.P., detained 5,256,435 Ontex voting securities or voting rights, representing 6.38% of voting securities, and thereby crossed upward the threshold of 5%.

Ontex will redeem all of its remaining outstanding notes, amounting to €296,905,000, on July 15, 2025.

Ontex Group NV held its 2025 shareholder's meeting. All resolutions were approved.

The transaction includes Ontex’s business in Brazil and its manufacturing facility in Senador Canedo in the State of Goiás.
