In accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies, Ontex Group NV (“Ontex”) discloses the notifications of significant shareholding by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
On November 2, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on October 27, 2026, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. held 566,115 Ontex voting rights and 1,965,157 equivalent financial instruments, constituting 2,531,272 combined. This represents respectively 0.69%, 2.39% and 3.07% of Ontex’s issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed upward the lowest threshold of 3%.
On November 3, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on October 28, 2026, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. held 3,158 Ontex voting rights and 1,959,276 equivalent financial instruments, constituting 1,962,434 combined. This represents respectively 0.00%, 2.38% and 2.38% of Ontex’s issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed downward the lowest threshold of 3%.
