Introduction, scope & timeline

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and stronger supplier partnerships, Ontex has implemented Coupa as our new Source-to-Receipt platform. Coupa will bring enhanced efficiency, transparency, and performance to our supplier-facing processes.

Following processes will be covered in Coupa:

  • Supplier Information Management: The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) will be used to collect all of your supplier data, such as name, tax registration number, contact details, bank details, certifications, etc. Please use the CSP in case any updates to your information are required.
  • Due diligence process: all questionnaires related to sustainability, nature, climate, quality, and information security should be completed via the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
  • Participation in sourcing events:
    • Suppliers will be invited to participate in Ontex tenders via Coupa standard sourcing, accessible via the CSP
    • More complex tendering procedures will be executed via the Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) module. Accessible for suppliers also via the CSP.
  • Purchasing: all purchase orders for indirect spend categories and part of the spare parts will be shared via the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).

Timeline:

  • October 6th 2025: global deployment of Coupa for the processes related to supplier information management, due diligence, and sourcing.
  • Q2 2026: Deployment of Coupa for the purchasing processes for Belgium and Germany
  • 2026 – 2027: Geographical roll-outs in multiple waves of Coupa for the purchasing processes.

Reaching out for support

To support suppliers with issues and questions when collaborating via the Coupa platform, Ontex has different support channels:

  • The Coupa supplier help center offers support for account-related questions and technical issues. If the answer is not available, chat support with an agent is available 24/5 through the Coupa Supplier Portal, or an email can be sent to [email protected].
  • Content-related questions can be tackled by the Ontex contact person
  • All other questions can be directed to [email protected].
