The Board of Directors of Ontex (Euronext: ONTEX) has decided to accelerate Mr. Laurent Nielly’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer to January 13, 2026.

The Board of Directors of Ontex (Euronext: ONTEX) has decided to appoint Mr. Laurent Nielly as Chief Executive Officer, effective as from the end of Mr. Gustavo Calvo Paz’s mandate as Chief Executive Officer at Ontex’s next annual shareholders’ meeting, on May 5, 2026.

Ontex has enhanced its North American manufacturing capabilities, by tripling production capacity for baby pants and further improving operational efficiencies to strengthen Ontex’s North America’s bi-coastal manufacturing model.

The transaction includes Ontex’s business in Türkiye and related exports to certain surrounding countries, as well as its plant in Istanbul.

Ontex hosted state and community leaders at its manufacturing facility in Stokesdale to celebrate and express gratitude for the strong partnerships in North Carolina that have fueled its recent growth.
