We are proud to be the distribution center for Ontex Brazil. We are strategically located in Goiânia-GO, for distribution across the country. Our logistics operation, as well as our financial, accounting, tax, legal, SESMT and facilities teams are all based in this office.

In September 2024, we announced that we have reached an agreement with Softys to sell our Brazilian business.
Ontex and Softys aim to close the transaction, which is subject to customary conditions, including merger clearance from the Brazilian antitrust authority, during the first half of 2025.
