Aalst-Erembodegem (Belgium), 26 May 2015 – Ontex Group NV (Euronext: Ontex) is pleased to announce that today the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved all of the proposals submitted to it by the Board of Directors, including the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014. A gross dividend of €0.19 per share will be paid out on June 1 2015. 66.76% of the shares were represented at the meeting.
