About our DEI Council

We have built a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council with representatives from across the organization: all people who are passionate about this subject and understand its importance.
As a team, we’re drawing up a roadmap to take us to 2030 and beyond.

Our key ambitions


Our DEI events

The Ontex DEI council supports local Ontex teams with the organization of events that celebrate diversity and promote equity and inclusion.

Recent examples include Pride celebrations in our US office, a presentation about gender diversity at our HQ in Belgium, a diversity potluck in Levallois near Paris, France and a meeting of expats in Belgium.

As part of our support for the United Nations’ sustainable development goals (SDGs), we support gender equality. Our aim is to have gender equality in our management by 2030. Read more in the sustainability – building trust section of ontex.com.
