At Ontex, we believe that access to essential hygiene products is a basic human right. That’s why we’ve built a structured and transparent donation program that supports vulnerable communities around the world. Our approach is guided by clear procedures and strong partnerships with local organizations to ensure that our products reach those who need them most—quickly, responsibly, and respectfully.
We focus our donations on groups facing hardship, including families in financial difficulty, refugees, elderly people living in poverty, and children with limited access to education. Whether responding to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or ongoing social challenges, we aim to make a meaningful impact by providing diapers, feminine hygiene products, adult incontinence items, and other essentials like laptops and smartphones for children in disadvantaged families.
Our donation stories
Our donations are made in collaboration with trusted partners who share our values and commitment to social care. These include the Red Cross, LEAD girls, local NGOs and food banks, hospitals, community centers and schools.
Through these partnerships, we supported communities in countries across Europe and North America. Every donation is backed by a formal agreement to ensure transparency and proper distribution. We remain committed to expanding our reach and deepening our impact—because caring is at the heart of everything we do.
Czech Republic
To help people affected by floods in the Czech Republic, Ontex colleagues participated in a collection for the Food Bank of the Liberec Region. Together, we were able to provide not only food and hygiene items, but also our products, including diapers. This support was extremely important for families who found themselves in a difficult situation.
Opole, Poland
Following the flooding in southwestern Poland, we delivered food, textiles, water and our products to the Polish Red Cross branch in Opole.
Valencia, Spain
In response to the devastating storm Dana, Ontex Spain provided essential hygiene products to support those affected by the disaster. We donated 3 trucks with more than 100 pallets and 700,000 units of baby pants and diapers, incontinence products and bed protectors from our brands Moltex, Serenity and ID.
North Carolina, USA
To support the communities hit by hurricane Helene in North Carolina, the team of our local plant in Stokesdale donated 27,500 baby diapers earlier this month. The collection and delivery were made through the efforts of the Rockingham County Board of Commissioners, County Management and all staff.
Radomsko, Poland
Our team donated a total of 1.6 million pieces of personal hygiene products in Poland in 2023. Supported charities for vulnerable people include: Adullam Christian Foundation Association, Lodz Hospice for Children Łupkowa Association, Gajusz Foundation, Koniczynka Association of Parents and Guardians of the Disabled, Silesian Hospice for Children Świetlikowo Foundation, Foundation for Children in Time to Help, St. Lazarus Humanitarian Association in Elk, Reclaim the Joy Foundation, Cross the Boundaries Foundation, Heart for a Toddler Foundation, Sisters of St. Dominika, Home for Boys, HAPPY KIDS Foundation, Children’s Home in Piotrków Trybunalski, Hospice Care Association of Częstochowa Land, Nursing Association With Confidence in the Third Millennium, Team to Support Nursing and Care Facilities No. 1 based in Warsaw

The Ontex employees of the Turnov plant in the Czech Republic organized charity events to support a little girl suffering from a rare and serious disease. We would like to thank all the employees who contributed to the charity events.

To support people in need, Ontex France donated 40,000 personal hygiene products to the Red Cross in Northern France.
Poland
Just like last year, the Ontex team in Poland asked children from local orphanages to write a letter to Santa Claus. They received 41 letters from 3 care and educational institutions in the surrounding towns. On December 6 and 19, the local Ontex Santa Clauses, accompanied by their helpers, went to the facilities and made many of the wishes of the children come true.
Bruges, Belgium
The Ontex plant in Eeklo, Belgium donated 20,000 menstrual hygiene pads to a school in the city of Bruges. The pads will be distributed to girls in need.
